It’s Friday, I’m motivated, and I’m trying to STILL figure out how to make a good newsletter!

The Sistine Chapel

Okay it’s cool that I can put in pictures, but I guess I can’t link videos.

Republican Glenn Youngkin wins the Virginia race for Governor, prevailing in a competitive bout against Democrat Terry McAuliffe.

Republicans won up and down the ballot, including for Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General.

The three funding measures all passed, including 135 million for schools and 68 million for transportation projects.

Virginia’s off-year gubernatorial voting provides a snapshot into what next year’s election cycle might look like, which is why it’s been so closely followed and contested.
